An OMR Sheet (Optical Mark Recognition) is a pre-printed paper document with all security features to stop manipulations and make the exam transparent, which has a unique structure, used to collect human-marked information, mainly for multiple-choice question assessments containing bubbles with air pockets. Apart from filling these bubbles in an optical answer sheet, each question is represented by multiple choice bubble which needs to be marked carefully as students’ answers are digitally recorded using OSCAN OMR Software. OMR Sheets used in examinations contain various fields which need to be filled by the applicants like Name, Date of Birth, Father's Name, Address, Mobile Number, Date of Examination, Bar-code/QR code, Photo, Signature, Thumb Impression etc. Timers or Sensors are located on both sides of OMR Sheets for processing & reading of OMR Sheets.
